AgriBioFuels is a privately held LLC involved in the production and supply of renewable fuels to the United States domestic energy market. The company’s first venture is the construction of a biodiesel production facility in Dayton, Texas, that is targeted for start-up in January, 2007. The plant will initially produce 20 million gallons of biodiesel per year, and is designed to allow expansion to 40 million gallons of biodiesel per year.

To optimize its process, the plant will utilize advanced, Microwave texas Separation Technology provided by Imperial Petroleum Recovery Corporation, a Texas-based public company. Imperial Petroleum Recovery Corporation’s primary focus has been the growth of its MST technology business within the conventional petroleum industry, but the companies will now seek to jointly exploit the favorable capability of MST to enhance the biodiesel production process. As such, IPRC will provide the operating and management support for the biodiesel facility, and will hold a minority ownership position in ABF.
